While most children spend their free time watching animated cartoons or superhero films, my childhood viewing was dominated by Jeremy Clarkson VHS tapes. It may seem strange (sad, even) to the average individual, but 5 year-old me was far more captivated by the sight of a Jaguar going sideways than any blockbuster Pixar could put together.
Growing up, I'd always gravitate towards racing games as opposed to the stereotypical FPS titles my classmates raved about. To me, cars are kind of like a drug; I have to get my daily fix, whether it be through going to events, writing articles or, of course, driving them.
Don't ask me why or how I got into cars - it remains a mystery to me. One thing I know for certain, though, is that my obsession with them is very much here to stay.
